摘要
目的探析近15年我国ICD-10研究的热点和趋势,为后续相关研究提供参考依据。方法通过中国知网(CNKI)检索并筛选2009年1月1日-2024年11月30日收录的以“ICD-10”为主题的有效研究文献664篇,运用BICOMB 2.0和SPSS 26.0软件统计文献发表时间、第一作者、发文期刊分布,对高频关键词进行共词聚类分析。结果近15年我国ICD-10研究热度总体呈现波动上升趋势,年发文量在2022年达到峰值56篇,发文最多的第一作者是江苏卫生健康职业学院的段沁江,已经初步形成较为稳定的核心作者群。主要载文期刊为《中国病案》,刊载了该研究领域47.70%的文献。排名前10位的关键词包括ICD-10编码、编码质量、案例分析、ICD-11等,研究热点主题包括:ICD-10疑难编码与肿瘤编码规则探讨、ICD-10与ICD-11对比研究、ICD-10编码质量分析、ICD-10与DRG关联性研究。结论随着国家公立医院绩效考核、医保支付方式改革等系列政策的推动,ICD-10在我国的关注度逐步提高,作者数量、发文量和载文期刊逐步扩大,研究热点扩大到多个维度,预计未来几年将继续保持较为稳定的发展趋势。
Objectives This paper analyzes the hot spots and trends of ICD-10 research in China in recent 15 years,and provides reference for subsequent related research.Methods Through CNKI,664 effective research literatures with the theme of"ICD-10"collected from January 1,2009 to November 30,2024 were retrieved and screened.BICOMB 2.0 and SPSS 26.0 software were used to count the publication time,first author,and journal distribution of the literature,and co-word clustering analysis was performed on high-frequency keywords.Results In the past 15 years,the research popularity of ICD-10 in China has generally shown a fluctuating upward trend,with the annual number of papers reaching a peak of 56 in 2022.The first author with the most publications is Duan Qinjiang from Jiangsu Healthcare Vocational College,and a relatively stable core group of authors has been initially formed.The main journal for publishing articles is Chinese Medical Records,which publishes 47.70%of the literature in this research field.The top 10 keywords include ICD-10 coding,coding quality,case analysis,ICD-11,etc.Research hot topics include:discussion on ICD-10 difficult coding and tumor coding rules,comparative study of ICD-10 and ICD-11,ICD-10 coding quality analysis,and study on the correlation between ICD-10 and DRGs.Conclusions With the promotion of a series of policies such as the national public hospital performance assessment and medical insurance payment method reform,the attention of ICD-10 in my country has gradually increased,the number of authors,the number of publications and the journals carrying articles have gradually increased,and the research hotspots have expanded to multiple dimensions.It is expected that it will continue to maintain a relatively stable development trend in the next few years.
