摘要
目的通过探讨使用信息化方法优化职称申报病案提取流程,达到缩短时间,提高提取质量,提升满意度的目的。方法选取某院2023年3月30日—2023年4月4日申报高级职称需提取病案的申报人为对照组78名,采用传统方法提取病案410份;2024年3月29日—2024年4月3日申报高级职称申报人为观察组110名,采用改进后的方法提取病案583份。构建基于信息化技术的流程优化方案,通过院内"交互文书"小程序实现线上闭环管理(申请→验证→生成→下载),结合人工选定与定时任务双路径生成带水印PDF文件。结果信息化改进后,观察组在时间效率、病案质量及申报人满意度方面均显著优于对照组,病案申请审核时间由对照组的(5.79±2.00)分钟降至(3.95±1.40)分钟(P<0.001);病案扫描接收环节,观察组(9.18±3.25)分钟,远优于对照组(31.38±8.01)分钟(P<0.001);病案正确率实现零差错(100%),显著高于对照组的95.6%(P<0.001);申报人满意度达100%,高于对照组的88.46%(P<0.05)。结论信息化方案通过无纸化流程重构与智能校验机制,有效突破传统模式效率瓶颈,为公立医院病案提取流程数字化转型提供了可复用的技术路径,具有低投入、高兼容性的推广价值。
Objectives This study aims to explore the use of information technology to optimize the medical record extraction process for professional title application,with the goal of shortening time,improving extraction quality,and increasing satisfaction.Methods A total of 78 applicants who applied for senior professional titles in a certain hospital from March 30,2023 to April 4,2023 were selected as the control group,and 410 medical records were extracted using traditional methods.The 110 applicants for senior professional titles who applied for them from March 29 to April 3,2024,formed the observation group,and 583 medical records were extracted using the improved method.A process optimization solution based on information technology was constructed.Through the in-hospital"Interactive Document"applet,online closed-loop management(application→verification→generation→download)was achieved,and watermarked PDF files were generated through a dual path of manual selection and scheduled tasks.Results After the information technology improvement,the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of time efficiency,medical record quality and applicant satisfaction.The medical record application review time was reduced from 5.79±2.00 minutes in the control group to 3.95±1.40 minutes(P<0.001).In the medical record scanning and receiving process,the observation group took 9.18±3.25 minutes,which was much better than the control group(31.38±8.01 minutes,P<0.001).The medical record accuracy rate achieved zero error(100%),which was significantly higher than the 95.6%in the control group(P<0.001).The applicant satisfaction rate reached 100%,which was higher than the 88.46%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The information technology solution effectively breaks through the efficiency bottleneck of the traditional model through paperless process reconstruction and intelligent verification mechanism,providing a reusable technical path for the digital transformation of the medical record extraction process in public hospitals,and has low-investment and high-compatibility promotion value.
