Your Excellency Minister Yin Hejun,Your Excellency Mayor Gong Zheng,Distinguished vips,Friends,Good afternoon!I am delighted to attend the high-level meeting on global Al governance,and exchange views on the theme“Global Solidarity in the Al Era.”In 2023,President Xi Jinping put forth the Global Al Governance Initiative,providing a blueprint and direction for global Al governance.The initiative points out that Al has exerted profound influence on socioeconomic development and the progress of human civilization,and brought to the world huge opportunities alongside unpredictable risks and challenges.The governance of Al bears on the future of humanity,and is a common task faced by all countries in the world.At the opening ceremony this morning,Premier Li Qiang of the State Council further elaborated on China’s views,propositions and measures on the development and governance of Al,demonstrating China's clear-cut attitude and firm commitment to international Al cooperation.
大家下午好!很高兴出席人工智能全球治理高级别会议,同大家围绕“智能时代 同球共济”这一主题进行交流。2023年,中国国家主席习近平提出《全球人工智能治理倡议》,为人工智能全球治理擘画蓝图、指明方向。《倡议》指出,人工智能对经济社会发展和人类文明进步产生深远影响,给世界带来巨大机遇,也伴随着难以预知的风险挑战,攸关全人类命运,是世界各国面临的共同课题。在今天上午的开幕式上,中国国务院总理李强阐释了中方有关推进人工智能发展和治理的看法、主张和举措,展现了中方致力于开展人工智能国际合作的鲜明态度和坚定决心。
