摘要
资本现代性具有双重性,既能推动生产力进步与社会关系革新,又能发展为以资本主义逻辑“抽象统治”驱动人的主体性丧失、加剧社会不公,甚至影响社会观念体系建构,突出体现为“现代化发展受制于资本逻辑”的西方资本主义社会弊端。当前,全球数字化转型、跨境投资和贸易便利化为各类资本发展创设了新机遇,但接踵而至的亦是资本运作隐蔽性增强、资本监管难度增加等新问题,为中国式现代化消解资本现代性弊病提出了挑战。为使资本作为重要生产要素来服务于人与社会的全面发展,要加强党的领导、坚持中国特色社会主义基本经济制度、深化资本市场改革、完善资本市场监管体系、超越资本逻辑主导的西方现代化模式,全方位引领资本物质生产与精神塑造方向,促进资本优化配置与合理流动,同时弘扬和践行全人类共同价值。
rule of capitalist logic,which drives the loss of human subjectivity,aggravates social injustice,and even affects the construction of social concept system,highlighting the western capitalist social malpractice of modernization development is subject to capital logic.At present,global digital transformation,cross-border investment and trade facilitation have created new opportunities for the development of various types of capital.However,new problems such as increased concealment of capital operation and increased difficulty in capital supervision have also followed,which pose specific challenges for Chinese-style modernization to eliminate the disadvantages of capital modernity.Therefore,in order to make capital serve the all-round development of people and society as an important factor of production,we should strengthen the leadership of the party,adhere to the basic economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,deepen the reform of the capital market,improve the supervision system of the capital market,and transcend the western modernization model dominated by capital logic.We should lead the direction of material production and spiritual shaping of capital in an all-round way,promote the optimal allocation and rational flow of capital,and promote and practice the common value of all mankind.
