摘要
针对传统建筑外围护系统在保温层空鼓脱落及二次维护成本高等问题上的局限性,本文提出了一种结构保温防护一体化的预制外墙系统。该系统采用工厂化预制工艺,将钢丝网插丝保温板与纤维增强延性水泥基材料(LSECC)面层相结合,以提升整体性能。研究结果表明,通过设置钢丝网-倾斜腹丝网架可以解决外保温板空鼓脱落的问题,外保温系统拉伸粘结强度能够满足现行有关外墙外保温技术标准的要求;通过工厂预制成型一体化外墙,解决了传统现浇外保温系统高空现场施工难度大、质量保证率低的问题;通过采用反打生产工艺优化了浇筑顺序与连接方式,使粘结强度提升至0.252MPa,相较于正打工艺提高了43%。在试点工程示范应用中,该一体化预制外墙展现出良好的施工质量和美观效果,并减少了高空作业和抹面工序,降低了综合成本。本研究成果为装配式建筑外墙的工业化生产与绿色施工提供了技术支撑。
In response to the limitations of traditional building envelope systems,such as hollowing and delamination of insulation layers and high secondary maintenance costs,this study proposes a prefabricated exterior wall system integrating structural,insulation,and protective functions.The system employs industrialized prefabrication to combine steel mesh-anchored insulation panels with a fiber-reinforced engineered cementitious composite(LSECC)surface layer,thereby enhancing overall performance.The results demonstrate that the incorporation of a steel mesh-inclined web truss effectively resolves insulation panel delamination,with the tensile bond strength of the external insulation system meeting current technical standards for exterior walls.By adopting factory-integrated prefabrication,the challenges of on-site high-altitude construction and low quality assurance inherent in traditional cast-in-place insulation systems are addressed.Furthermore,optimizing the pouring sequence and connection method through a reverse-casting production process increases the bond strength to 0.252MPa,representing a 43%improvement over conventional casting techniques.In pilot engineering applications,the integrated prefabricated wall system exhibits superior construction quality and aesthetic performance while reducing high-altitude operations and plastering processes,thereby lowering comprehensive costs.This research provides the technical support for the industrialized production and sustainable construction of prefabricated building envelopes.
