摘要
扭转效应是群仓结构抗震性能研究不可忽视的一个重要问题。以单排双联(1×2组合)的柱承式群仓结构模型为研究对象,开展不同贮料工况下模型结构扭转效应的振动台试验以获得不同贮料工况模型结构的动力特性、地震响应、扭转位移比和扭转角。研究表明:随着贮料质量增加,模型结构自振频率减小,阻尼比增加,仓内贮料对群仓结构耗能作用逐渐增大;同一加载等级下,随贮料质量及高度的递增,模型结构的扭转效应愈加明显;0.2g~0.4g加载等级下,1/2 F-E~FE等贮料工况,扭转位移比均大于1.2;随地震加载等级增大,除EE和FF贮料工况外,模型层间扭转角均大于框架结构的限值;盈空分布不均引起的群仓结构质心与刚心偏移是其发生扭转效应的主要因素。研究成果可为筒仓结构扭转分析和抗震设计提供参考。
Torsional effect is an important issue that cannot be neglected in the study of seismic performance of group silo structures.The model of column-supported group silos with single row and double coupling(1×2 combination)is taken as the research object.Shaking table tests on the torsional effects of modelled structures under different storage conditions are carried out,then the dynamic characteristics,earthquake responses,torsional displacement ratios and torsion angles of the modelled structures are obtained for different storage conditions.The results indicated that as the mass of stored material increases,the natural frequency of the modelled structure decreases and the damping ratio increases.The energy dissipation effect of the stored material on the structure of the group silo gradually increases.At the same loading level,the torsional effect of the modelled structure becomes more obvious as the mass and height of the storage material increase.Under 0.2g~0.4g loading level,the torsional displacement ratio is more than 1.2 under the storage conditions of 1/2F-E~FE.As the seismic loading level increases,the interstorey torsion angle of the model is larger than the limit value of the frame structure,except for the EE and FF storage cases.The central shift of mass and stiffness centre of the group silo structure caused by uneven distribution of the surplus space is the main factor for the occurrence of torsional effects.The research results can provide a reference for torsional analysis and seismic design of silo structures.
