摘要
湖积软土层主要由含水丰富的淤泥或淤泥质黏土构成,难以承载重物,易沉降变形,不利于建筑修建和城市稳定。为寻求一种更有效的软土地基固化处理方法,以提高软土地基的承载力和减少沉降变形,研究提出通过Box-Behnken方法,研究粒化高炉矿渣掺量对湖积软土层固化的影响。结果显示,粒化高炉矿渣掺量为11.8%时,无侧限抗压强度达到峰值115kPa。将各组的软土抗压强度的预测值和试验值进行比较,结果发现两者误差均在5%以内。且随着干湿循环次数的增加,5d和35d龄期的固化土质量均呈现下降趋势。
The soft soil of lake is mainly composed of water-rich silt or silt clay,which is difficult to carry heavy objects and easy to settle and deform,and is not conducive to building construction and urban stability.In order to find a more effective method to cure the bearing capacity of soft soil and reduce the deformation of the soft soil.The study proposes to use the Box-Behnken method to investigate the effect of the dosage of granulated blast furnace slag on the solidification of lacustrine soft soil layers.The results showed that when the amount of 11.8%reached the peak is 115 kPa.By comparing the predicted and test values of the compressive strength of the soft soil in each group,we found that both errors were within 5%.Moreover,with the increase of dry and wet cycles,the quality of solidified soil at 5d and 35d age showed a downward trend.
