一种适用于超长越江隧道垂直顶升的管片设计

Segment Design Suitable for Vertical Jacking in Ultra-Long River-Crossing Tunnels

摘要 调研了国内垂直顶升工法的应用现状,结合上海轨道交通崇明线超长越江隧道的特点,基于超长越江隧道贯通测量的需求,详细介绍了一种适用于超长越江隧道垂直顶升的管片设计方案。现场施工实践表明,钢筋混凝土垂直顶升管片既能满足隧道自身强度、刚度要求,又便于现场垂直顶升施工,管片设计合理。这可为类似工程提供参考借鉴。 This paper investigates the current application status of the vertical jacking method in China.Combining the characteristics of the ultra-long river-crossing tunnel of Shanghai Rail Transit Chongming Line and based on the alignment survey requirements of ultra-long tunnels,this study introduces in detail a segment design suitable for vertical jacking in such engineering contexts.Field construction results show that the reinforced concrete segments used in vertical jacking not only meet the structural requirements for strength and stiffness,but also facilitate efficient on-site construction.The effectiveness of the segment design provides a valuable reference for similar engineering projects in the future.
