功能高分子材料在医疗中的应用实验设计——齿科修复复合树脂材料的制备与性能评价

摘要 以充填治疗材料——树脂基齿科修复材料为切入点,从有机单体及无机填料的最优化选择,到复合树脂的制备、光固化及树脂性能评价,讲述树脂充填治疗材料中涉及到的化学原理,设计一套齿科修复复合树脂材料的制备流程及性能评价方法;用真牙模拟龋洞的修复过程,增加学生对龋病及其修复过程的认识。本实验操作过程简单,制备材料贴近生活且应用广泛,实验现象明显,涵盖化学和材料学等学科内容,可以通过实践操作深化学生对理论知识的理解与掌握,激发对科学研究的兴趣和好奇心,培养实践动手能力。 t This study focuses on resin-based dental restorative materials for caries treatment,systematically investigating the chemical principles involved from the optimal selection of organic monomers and inorganic fillers to the preparation,photopolymerization,and performance evaluation of composite resins.A standardized preparation protocol and performance assessment methodology for dental composite restorative materials are established.The experiment incorporates a simulated caries restoration procedure using extracted human teeth to enhance students'understanding of the carious lesion and its restorative process.With its simple operational procedures,practical relevance,and clearly observable experimental outcomes,this interdisciplinary study integrates principles from chemistry and materials science.Through hands-on experimentation,it facilitates deeper comprehension of theoretical knowledge,fosters scientific curiosity,and develops practical competencies.
