摘要
为了进一步提高螺杆铣床立柱结构的综合性能,选取双导轨数控螺杆铣床立柱进行相应分析,建立螺杆铣床立柱模型并进行有预应力的模态分析和谐响应分析,得出立柱结构频响曲线.使用拓扑优化对立柱模型进行改进,对比分析结果,选择谐响应分析下的最大位移和最大应力作为后续优化设计的目标函数.选取立柱的四个壁厚为设计变量,对立柱进行响应面优化设计获取样本点,使用遗传算法对立柱模型的壁厚参数进行优化.结果显示,优化后的立柱相比原型立柱,其最大等效应力较于之前减少幅度较大,最大变形量变化不大,且立柱的质量也略有下降,为立柱结构的性能优化提供理论指导.
To further enhance the comprehensive performance of the screw milling machine's column structure,a double-rail CNC screw milling machine column was selected for analysis.A model of the screw milling machine's column was established,and pre-stressed modal analysis and harmonic response analysis were conducted to obtain the frequency response curve of the column structure.Topological optimization was employed to improve the column model,and the results were compared and analyzed.The maximum displacement and maximum stress under harmonic response analysis were chosen as the objective functions for subsequent optimization design.Taking the four wall thicknesses of the column as design variables,a response surface optimization design was employed to obtain sample points,and a genetic algorithm was used to optimize the wall thickness parameters of the column model.The results indicated that compared to the prototype column,the optimized column exhibited a significant reduction in maximum equivalent stress,while the maximum deformation remained largely unchanged.Additionally,the mass of the column showed a slight decrease.These findings prvide theoretical guidance for the performance optimization of column structure.
