摘要
目的探究双歧杆菌活菌联合苯巴比妥对新生儿黄疸患儿黄疸指数及胆红素水平的影响。方法纳入赣州市妇幼保健院收治的新生儿黄疸患儿80例,收治时间为2023年4月至2024年12月,按随机数字表法分为对照组(40例,常规治疗联合苯巴比妥)、观察组(40例,在对照组基础上加用双歧杆菌活菌)。对比两组黄疸指数、胆红素水平、症状消退时间、不良反应。结果治疗3 d、1周,观察组的黄疸指数[(12.11±1.20)mg/dL、(7.89±0.69)mg/dL]均低于对照组[(14.26±1.42)mg/dL、(9.55±1.02)mg/dL](P<0.001);治疗1周,观察组的总胆红素、直接和间接胆红素分别为(98.70±8.50)μmol/L、(7.10±0.90)μmol/L、(91.60±7.80)μmol/L,均低于对照组[(125.60±12.55)μmol/L、(10.20±1.22)μmol/L、(115.40±10.86)μmol/L](P<0.001);观察组胎便转黄时间[(1.56±0.15)d]、黄疸消退时间[(5.12±0.52)d]均短于对照组[(2.43±0.24)d、(7.03±0.71)d](P<0.001);观察组不良反应发生率[12.50%(5/40)]与对照组[7.50%(3/40)]比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论双歧杆菌活菌联合苯巴比妥可降低新生儿黄疸患儿的黄疸指数、胆红素水平,促进黄疸消退,且不会明显增加不良反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of live bifidobacteria combined with phenobarbital on jaundice index and bilirubin levels in neonatal jaundice patients.Methods A total of 80 cases of neonatal jaundice patients admitted to Ganzhou Ma-ternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2023 to December 2024 were randomly divided into a control group(40 cases,con-ventional treatment combined with phenobarbital)and an observation group(40 cases,supplemented with live bifidobacteria on the basis of the control group)using a random number table.The jaundice index,bilirubin levels,symptom resolution time,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 days and 1 week of treatment,the jaundice index of the observation group[(12.11±1.20)mg/dL and(7.89±0.69)mg/dL]were lower than those of the control group[(14.26±1.42)mg/dL and(9.55±1.02)mg/dL](P<0.001);After 1 week of treatment,the total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,and in-direct bilirubin in the observation group were(98.70±8.50)μmol/L,(7.10±0.90)μmol/L,and(91.60±7.80)μmol/L,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group[(125.60±12.55)μmol/L,(10.20±1.22)μmol/L,and(115.40±10.86)μmol/L](P<0.001);The observation group had a shorter time for fetal stool to turn yellow[(1.56±0.15)d]and jaundice to subside[(5.12±0.52)d]compared to the control group[(2.43±0.24)d and(7.03±0.71)d](P<0.001);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group[12.50%(5/40)]and the control group[7.50%(3/40)](P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of live bifidobacteria and phenobar-bital can reduce the jaundice index and bilirubin levels in newborns with jaundice,promote jaundice resolution,and do not sig-nificantly increase adverse reactions.
