摘要
为解决存量户外环网箱中存在的馈线自动化能力不足和更换难度大、投资大等问题,提出了存量户外环网箱有限空间下自动化感知技术。通过自动化感知技术实时监测和诊断环网箱内部的环境和设备状态,实现了环网箱的智能化管理和运行。提出了存量自动化设备快速及不停电施工技术,包括负荷转带合环运行技术和快速施工技术,以提高施工效率和便利性。经过实际案例论证,提出的技术能够缩短故障停运时间,提高故障快速处置能力,有效提高供电可靠性和用户满意度。
To address the insufficient automation capability and difficulty in replacement,as well as the high investment in existing outdoor ring main units(RMUs),an automated sensing technology in existing outdoor RMUs with limited space is proposed.Through real-time monitoring and diagnosis of the environment and equipment status within the RMUs,the intelligent management and operation of the RMUs are achieved.The proposed technology includes the rapid and uninterrupted construction of existing automated devices,including load transfer and ring operation technology and rapid construction technology,to improve construction efficiency and convenience.Through practical case studies,it is demonstrated that the proposed technology can shorten downtime caused by faults,enhance the rapid fault handling capability,and effectively improve power supply reliability and customer satisfaction.
