摘要
在提倡低碳绿色发展的社会环境下,海绵城市得到大力推广,但其设计要素未充分纳入建筑物。“十四五”以来,建筑行业积极探索绿色建筑设计等技术以打造绿色生态建筑,其理念与海绵城市的低影响开发技术理念相辅相成,绿色生态建筑设计和施工成为海绵城市开发的重要环节。文章依托大鹏新区养老院项目,针对传统绿色屋顶和地下蓄渗技术的不足,改进低影响开发技术,将绿色施工理念融入建筑施工,以提升建筑物功能性和生态性,期望为绿色生态建筑的实施与推广提供启发。
In the social environment that advocates low-carbon and green development,sponge cities have been vigorously promoted,but their design elements have not been fully incorporated into buildings.Since the 14th Five Year Plan,the construction industry has actively explored green building design and other technologies to create green ecological buildings.Its concept complements the low impact development technology concept of sponge cities,making green ecological building design and construction an important part of sponge city development.This article relies on the nursing home project in Dapeng New Area to address the shortcomings of traditional green roofs and underground seepage storage technologies,improve low impact development techniques,and integrate green construction concepts into building construction to enhance building functionality and ecology.It is hoped that this will provide inspiration for the implementation and promotion of green ecological buildings.
