碳纤维复合材料加固混凝土结构技术

Carbon fiber composite material reinforcement technology for concrete structures

摘要 碳纤维复合材料凭借高强度、低密度的特点在混凝土结构加固领域获得广泛应用。文章针对碳纤维加固混凝土结构开展技术研究,阐明了材料力学性能指标、工程实用要求、加固设计计算方法、施工工艺要点。工程实例验证表明,碳纤维加固可显著提升构件承载力,但需重视构造措施、锚固方式等关键点。建立了一套完整加固设计体系,对受弯、受剪构件破坏模式深入探讨,提出相应的预防措施,为碳纤维复合材料加固混凝土结构工程应用提供理论支撑。 Carbon fiber composites are widely used in the field of concrete structure reinforcement because of their high strength and low density.The research on the reinforcement of concrete structures with carbon fiber is carried out,and the mechanical performance indexes of materials,engineering practical requirements,reinforcement design calculation methods,and key points of technolog y are clarified.Through engineering examples,it is shown that the carbon fiber reinforcement significantly improves the bearing capacity of the components,but the key points such as construction measures and anchoring need to be paid attention to.The research establishes a complete reinforcement design system,and in-depth discussion on the failure mode of flexural and shear members,and corresponding preventive measures proposed,which provides theoretical support for the engineering application of carbon fiber composites reinforced concrete structures.
