住宅建筑混凝土浇筑施工及养护关键技术研究

Research on key technology of concrete pouring construction and maintenance of residential building

摘要 为提高住宅建筑混凝土的施工质量与效率,解决施工准备、浇筑及养护环节中的常见问题,文章对混凝土施工与养护技术进行了优化。通过完善振捣技术、引入实时温控监测和智能调控,制定了一体化施工与养护流程,并由QC小组全面落实防裂和密实措施,显著改善了施工效果。研究结果显示,优化方案将施工接缝时间从5h缩短至3h,工期缩短了10%,裂缝及冷缝问题得以消除,混凝土平整度误差控制在5mm以内,强度达标率100%。同时,优化后的施工与养护方法延长了建筑使用寿命,减少了资源浪费。 In order to improve the construction quality and efficiency of residential concrete and solve the common problems in construction preparation,pouring and maintenance,this study optimized the construction and maintenance technology of c oncrete.Through the improvement of vibration technology,the introduction of real-time temperature control monitoring and intelligent regulation,the development of an integrated construction and maintenance process,and the full implementation of crack prevention and compaction measures by the QC team,significantly improve the construction effect.The research results show that the optimization scheme can shorten the construction joint time from 5 hours to 3 hours,shorten the construction period by 10%,eliminate the crack and cold joint problems,control the roughness error of concrete within 5mm,and the strength reaches 100%.At the same time,the optimized construction and maintenance method extends the service life of the building and reduces the waste of resources.
