摘要
沉管隧道大体积混凝土温控技术是保障结构耐久性与抗裂性的关键环节。文章以东莞市首条沉管隧道工程为背景,针对28.6m×9.7m断面、210m总长的混凝土结构,系统研究了现场浇筑温控技术。通过优化低水化热水泥配合比、分层浇筑工艺及智能监测体系,实现混凝土入仓温度≤30℃、干缩裂缝宽度≤0.1mm的技术目标。高温季节骨料预冷与低温季节蒸汽养护的组合策略,有效降低温度裂缝发生率至1.2%。研究成果可为百年设计寿命的沉管隧道施工提供技术支撑。
Temperature control technology for large volume concrete in immersed tube tunnels is a key link in ensuring structural durability and crack resistance.This article takes the first immersed tube tunnel project in Dongguan City as the background,and systematically studies onsite pouring temperature control technology for a concrete structure with a crosssection of 28.6m×9.7m and a total length of 210m.By optimizing the low hydration heat cement mix ratio,layered pouring process,and intelligent monitoring system,the technical goal of achieving a concrete storage temperature of≤30℃and a shrinkage crack width of≤0.1mm can be achieved.The combination strategy of pre cooling aggregates in high temperature season and steam curing in low temperature season effectively reduces the occurrence rate of temperature cracks to 1.2%.The research results provide technical support for the construction of immersed tube tunnels with a design life of one hundred years.
