摘要
高层建筑的基础通常需要承担巨大的荷载,且受到复杂地质环境、地下水位变化等因素的影响,要提高高层建筑基础施工的质量和效率,现代工程技术的应用显得尤为重要。文章系统分析了高层建筑基础施工中的常见问题,探讨了基于现代技术的动态优化施工方法。通过引入BIM技术、智能化施工设备、绿色环保材料等创新技术,为高层建筑基础施工提供一种更加高效、安全和可持续的发展路径。
The foundation of high-rise building usually needs to bear huge loads,and is affected by complex geological environment,groundwater level changes and other factors,and to improve the quality and efficiency of high-rise building foundation construction,the application of modern engineering technology is particularly important.This paper systematically analyzes the common problems in the foundation construction of highrise buildings,and discusses the dynamic optimization construction method based on mode rn technology.Through the introduction of BIM technology,intelligent construction equipment,green materials and other innovative technologies,it provides a more efficient,safe and sustainable development path for high-rise building foundation construction.
