基于分布式光纤的火电厂输送机托辊运行异常监测系统研究

摘要 托辊是火电厂输送机的重要结构单元,也是易损件。通过分布式光纤构建异常监测系统能够对托辊运行异常状态进行实时监测,并指导人工进行维修与更换。为此,文章依托具体工程案例,在给出其主要参数的同时,从光纤分布原理及体系构建的角度探讨了系统搭建方式;利用敲击实验对系统定位功能及检出效能进行评估,旨在为系统平稳运行提供参考。 Roller is an important structural unit of conveyor in thermal power plant,and it is also a wearing part.The abnormal monitoring system constructed by distributed optical fiber can monitor the abnormal state of idlers in real time,and guide manual maintenance and replacement.Therefore,based on specific engineering cases,the paper gives the main parameters,and discusses the system construction from the perspective of fiber distribution principle and system construction.The positioning function and detection efficiency of the system are evaluated by tapping experiment,which aims to provide reference suggestions for the smooth operation of the system.
