摘要
目的 观察游戏化康复训练对缺血性脑卒中患者认知功能恢复的影响。方法 选取2024年1—12月本院收治的100例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,采用随机分组法将其分为两组,每组50例。试验组接受游戏化康复训练,对照组接受常规康复训练。观察指标包括认知功能、日常生活能力、执行功能及患者满意度。结果 干预后,试验组在认知功能、日常生活能力及执行功能方面的改善效果均优于对照组,且患者满意度较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论 相较于常规康复训练,游戏化康复训练能够显著改善缺血性脑卒中患者的认知功能、日常生活能力及执行功能,并提高患者对护理的满意度。
Objective To observe the effect of gamified rehabilitation training on cognitive function recovery in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods 100 patients with ischemic stroke were selected and randomized.The experimental group received gamified rehabilitation training and the control group received routine rehabilitation training.Outcome measures included cognitive function,daily living ability,executive function and patient satisfaction.Results After intervention,the improvement of cognitive function,daily living ability and executive function in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group,and the satisfaction of patients was higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to conventional rehabilitation training,gamified rehabilitation training can significantly improve cognitive function,daily living ability,and executive function in patients with ischemic stroke,and increase patient satisfaction with nursing care.
