摘要
目的 探讨以家庭为中心的护理干预在儿科门诊中的应用效果。方法 按照随机数字表法将2022年1—12月本院儿科门诊就诊的100例患儿分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。其中,对照组行常规护理,研究组行以家庭为中心的护理,对比门诊患儿家属的护理能力、门诊护理质量以及患儿家属认可度。结果 护理前,两组家属护理能力对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组家属护理能力高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组门诊护理质量高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组家属认可度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 儿科门诊行以家庭为中心的护理干预可提升患儿家属的护理能力,改善门诊护理质量以及患儿家属认可度,具有积极应用价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of family-centered nursing intervention in pediatric outpatient clinics.Methods A random number table method was used to divide 100 children who visited our hospital's pediatric outpatient clinic from January 2022 to December 2022 into two groups of 50 each.The control group received routine care,while the study group received family-centered care.The nursing ability of the families of outpatient children,the quality of outpatient care,and the recognition by the families of the children were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the nursing ability of the families between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the quality of outpatient care in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the recognition by the families in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of family-centered nursing intervention in pediatric outpatient clinics can enhance the nursing ability of the families of the children,improve the quality of outpatient care,and increase the recognition by the families of the children,having positive application value.
