摘要
目的 研究流产后关爱护理在人流术中的效果。方法 将2022年1—6月在本院接受人流术干预的78例患者作为研究对象,以数字表法将其分为两组,每组39例。关爱指导组实施关爱护理,常规指导组实施常规护理,对比两组患者对健康知识的了解程度、心理状态及其对护理工作的认可度。结果 关爱指导组患者对人流术知识、避孕知识、妊娠知识、自我护理知识的了解程度均高于常规指导组(P<0.05);干预后,关爱指导组心理状态各项评分均优于常规指导组(P<0.05);关爱指导组对专业技能、干预态度、环境调节、护理模式、健康指导的认可度评分均高于常规指导组(P<0.05)。结论 人流术后,应及时对患者进行关爱护理管理,以有效提高护理质量,缓解患者负面情绪,值得推广。
Objective To study the validity of the application of nursing care after abortion.Methods 78 patients who underwent abortion intervention in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a digital table method,with 39 patients in each group.The care guidance group implements care nursing,while the routine guidance group implements routine nursing.Compare the two groups of patients'understanding of health knowledge,psychological status,and recognition of nursing work.Results The level of understanding of abortion,contraception,pregnancy,and self-care knowledge among patients in the care guidance group was higher than that in the conventional guidance group(P<0.05);After intervention,the psychological state scores of the caring guidance group were better than those of the conventional guidance group(P<0.05);The recognition scores of professional skills,intervention attitude,environmental regulation,nursing mode,and health guidance in the caring guidance group were higher than those in the conventional guidance group(P<0.05).Conclusion After abortion,patients should be carried out in time to take care of nursing management,effectively strengthen the quality of nursing,improve the negative emotions of patients,and promote it.
