摘要
目的 分析改良艾条灸预防肛肠病术后尿潴留的效果。方法 选取2024年3—12月在长春市中医院接受肛肠手术治疗的患者300例,以随机信封法分组,接受常规护理的150例患者为对照组,接受改良艾条灸治疗+优质护理的150例患者为治疗组。对比指标:术后首次排尿时间以及首次排尿量、住院时间、尿潴留发生率、术后24 h及72 h时视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分情况。结果 ①与对照组相比,治疗组患者术后首次排尿时间及住院时间均更短,首次排尿量更多(P<0.05);②与对照组相比,治疗组患者尿潴留发生率更低(P<0.05);③术后当日,治疗组与对照组患者VAS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后24 h及72 h,与对照组相比,治疗组患者VAS评分更低(P<0.05)。结论 肛肠病术后并发尿潴留的因素有很多种,在常规护理的基础上配合改良艾条灸治疗可显著降低此并发症的发生率,促进患者排尿,缓解患者疼痛。
Objective After anorectal disease,it is easy to concurrently urine.This article analyzes the application effect of improving moxa moxibustion for preventing this complications.Methods 300 patients who received anorectal surgery at Changchun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2024 to December 2024 were selected.They were grouped in random envelope and 150 patients who received conventional care.+150 patients with high-quality care are the treatment group.Comparison indicators:The first urination time after surgery and the first urination time,hospitalization time,urinary retention rate,24 h and 72 h after surgery(VAS)scores(VAS).Results(1)Compared with the control group,the first urination time and the time to be used in the treatment group patients after surgery are shorter,and the first urination volume is more(P<0.05);(2)Compared with the control group,the treatment group patient The incidence of urine retention is lower(P<0.05);(3)On the day of surgery,the comparison difference between the treatment group and the patient's VAS score of the control group(P>0.05);The VAS scores of the group are lower(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors of concurrency retention after anorectal disease.Based on the conventional care,the treatment of improved moxa moxibustion can significantly reduce the incidence of this complications,promote patients'urination,and relieve patients with pain.
