摘要
目的 探讨小青龙汤加减联合小儿推拿对小儿肺炎风寒闭肺证的治疗效果,旨在提高小儿肺炎的疗效。方法 选取2022年8月—2023年8月在本院接受住院治疗的小儿肺炎患儿100例为研究对象,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用控制感染、化痰止咳、平喘等西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上联合应用“开璇玑”推拿与小青龙汤加减进行治疗。两组疗程均为7 d,比较两组患儿退热、气喘消失、咳嗽咳痰消失和啰音消失的时间,并对比两组患儿的疗效及不良反应情况。结果 相较于对照组,治疗组患儿退热时间、气喘消失时间、咳嗽咳痰消失时间、啰音消失时间均更短(P<0.05)。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗期间血尿便常规、肝肾功能未出现明显异常,也没有出现头晕、皮疹、恶心呕吐、腹痛腹泻等不良反应。结论 小青龙汤加减联合小儿推拿治疗小儿肺炎疗效确切,具有操作方便、经济负担轻、小儿依从性高、不良反应少等特点。
Objective Through the study of the treatment of pediatric pneumonia with wind-cold obstructing the lung syndrome by modified Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with pediatric massage,aim to improve the curative effect of pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 children with pneumonia who were hospitalized in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional Western medical treatments such as infection control,expectorant and cough relief,and asthma relief,while the treatment group was given“Kai Xuanji”massage combined with oral treatment of modified Xiaoqinglong decoction on top of the conventional Western medical treatment.The course of treatment for both groups was 7 days.The time for fever reduction,disappearance of asthma,disappearance of cough and phlegm,and disappearance of rales were compared between the two groups,and the efficacy and overall efficiency of the two groups were compared.Adverse reactions during the treatment period were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment group had shorter fever reduction time,asthma disappearance time,cough and sputum disappearance time,and rales disappearance time(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of children in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there were no significant abnormalities in routine blood,urine,and stool tests,liver and kidney functions in both groups,nor were there any adverse reactions such as dizziness,rash,nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain,and diarrhea.Conclusion The curative effect of modified Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with pediatric massage in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia is definite,featuring convenient operation,light economic burden,high compliance in children,and few adverse reactions.
