摘要
目的 分析微型种植体支抗在青少年口腔正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法 筛选2022年7月—2023年6月在本院接受口腔正畸治疗的青少年患者78例,以随机抽签法将其分为两组,每组39例。对照组实施常规正畸治疗,观察组采用微型种植体支抗治疗。对比治疗效果。结果 观察组正畸效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在青少年口腔正畸治疗中,采用微型种植体支抗,可提升正畸治疗效果,改善患者牙齿咬合功能,且减少了治疗期间的不良反应,应用效果显著。
Objective To analyze the application effect of micro-implant anchorage in adolescent orthodontic treatment.Methods A total of 78 adolescent patients undergoing orthodontic treatment in our hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 39 each.The control group received conventional orthodontic treatment,while the observation group was treated with micro-implant anchorage.The therapeutic effects were compared.Results The orthodontic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the overall incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.1%,which was lower than the 20.5%in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 89.7%,higher than the 69.2%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In adolescent orthodontic treatment,the use of micro-implant anchorage can help improve the orthodontic treatment effect,enhance the patient's occlusal function,and reduce adverse reactions during treatment,with significant application effects.
