摘要
目的 观察对原发性高血压患者施以动态血压监测对其治疗达标率、血压水平的影响。方法 选取2023年5月—2024年5月在本社区医院就医的原发性高血压患者76例为研究对象,以抽签法将其分为两组,每组38例。对照组实施常规治疗,治疗组采用动态血压监测+药物治疗,对两组患者临床疗效进行评价和对比。结果 治疗组治疗后1个月、3个月的达标率均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,治疗组收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组遵医行为各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对原发性高血压患者施以动态血压监测有利于提升治疗达标率,有效控制血压水平,提高患者生活质量,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To evaluate the effect of dynamic blood pressure monitoring on treatment compliance rate and blood pressure levels of patients with primary hypertension.Methods The paper chose 76 patients with primary hypertension with medical treatment in our community hospital from May 2023 to May 2024,and divided them into two groups based on drawing lots:38 cases in the treatment group and 38 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the treatment group with dynamic blood pressure monitoring and medication treatment.Clinical effect was evaluated and compared between two groups.Results The compliance rates of the treatment group at 1 and 3 months after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);After 3 months of treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of compliance behavior in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the quality of life scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic blood pressure monitoring for patients with primary hypertension is beneficial in improving treatment compliance rates,effectively controlling blood pressure levels,and enhancing patients'quality of life.It has high clinical value.
