摘要
采用传统施工设备在圆砾石地基上进行成桩钻孔施工时,大量圆砾石残留孔内难以清除,需人工使用特制工具进行清理,不仅成孔质量差、施工效率低下,且混凝土超灌量大、施工成本高。为解决此问题,文中在青海公司海南青豫直流二期10万kW光热项目圆砾石地层桩基成孔施工中,通过在钻机发动机罩上方安装双水箱系统,并提出了在钻孔过程中加入适量水和表土,提高孔内成渣黏聚力并形成泥浆护壁的施工工艺。实践结果表明,改进后的设备及工艺有效减少了孔内残留,提高了成孔质量,显著降低了混凝土超灌量,大幅提升了施工效率并降低了施工成本,为类似工程施工提供参考。
When using traditional construction equipment to drill piles in gravel foundations,a large amount of grav-el residue remains in the boreholes and is difficult to remove.Manual cleaning with specialized tools is required,re-sulting in poor borehole quality,low construction efficiency,excessive concrete overpouring,and high construction costs.To address this issue,this study reports on the pile drilling construction for gravel strata at the 100 MW solar thermal power project phase II of Qinghai Hainan Qingyu DC company.A dual water tank system was installed above the drilling rig engine hood,and a construction technique was proposed that introduces an appropriate amount of water and topsoil during drlling to increase residue cohesion inside the borehole and form a mud slurry wall.Prac-tical results demonstrate that the improved equipment and technique effectively reduce borehole residue,improve borehole quality,significantly decrease concrete overpouring,greatly enhance construction efficiency,and reduce costs.The paper may provide a valuable reference for similar engineering projects.
