摘要
不同气候区影响办公楼建筑能耗的因素有很多,文中以夏热冬冷地区的典型城市西安市为例,引入灰色关联分析(Grey Relation Analysis)对西安市办公楼建筑能耗影响因素统计数据进行分析。结果表明建筑物理参数与设备系统特性影响权重占比较大,使用行为模式与微气候环境占比较小。同时,研究结合对西安市某办公楼的能耗和环境现状调研,从设备选用和运行管理等方面提出节能措施建议。研究结果可为西北地区办公建筑节能、既有建筑节能改造和智慧运维提供参考依据。
Multiple factors influence office building energy consumption across different climate zones.Taking Xi'an-a representative city in the hot summer and cold winter zone-as the case,this paper applies Grey Relation Analysis(GRA)to statistically analyze the factors affecting office building energy consumption.The results indicate that build-ing physical parameters and equipment system characteristics contribute the most to energy consumption,while user behavior patterns and microclimatic conditions have relatively minor impacts.Additionally,based on an investiga-tion of energy use and environmental conditions in a specific office building in Xi'an,energy-saving strategies are proposed from the perspectives of equipment selection and operational management.The findings of this study pro-vide a reference for energy-saving practices in office buildings in Northwest China and offer guidance for the ener-gy-efficient retrofitting and smart operation of existing buildings.
