摘要
目的分析叙事护理联合行为转变护理对在血性脑卒中患者的应用效果。方法选取厦门大学附属中山医院2023年2月至2024年2月期间治疗的100例缺血性脑卒中患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者采用叙事护理联合行为转变护理。比较两组患者护理前后生活质量、焦虑抑郁情绪及神经功能改善情况。结果研究组患者焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、生活质量评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论叙事护理联合行为转变护理可有效减轻缺血性脑卒中患者负性情绪,改善神经功能,并提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To analyze the application effect of narrative nursing combined with behavioral change nursing in patients with hemorrhagic stroke.Methods A total of 100 patients with ischemic stroke treated at The Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received narrative nursing combined with behavioral transformation nursing.The quality of life,anxiety and depression levels,and neurological function improvement were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Patients in the study group showed better improvement in anxiety self-assessment scale,depression self-assessment scale,WHO Quality of Life Measurement Scale,and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Narrative nursing combined with behavioral change nursing can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients with ischemic stroke,improve neurological function,and enhance the quality of life of patients.
