摘要
目的探讨雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗老年浅表性胃炎的临床效果及安全性,并与奥美拉唑进行对比分析。方法选取辽宁省军区营口离职干部休养所于2022年1月至2025年1月老年浅表性胃炎患者共计30例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组15例和对照组15例,患者均服用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片。在此基础上,观察组加用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片;对照组加用奥美拉唑肠溶片。对比两组治疗前后炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]、胃肠激素[血清胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素(SS)、表皮生长因子(EGF)]、胃黏膜恢复效果的差异,以及总有效率与不良反应发生率的差异。结果治疗后,观察组TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6、GAS、SS以及活动性炎症评分、慢性炎症评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),EGF为高于对照组(P<0.05)。且治疗后观察组胃黏膜中重度患者比例少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率和不良反应发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片可进一步改善老年浅表性胃炎患者的炎症反应及胃肠功能,疗效优于奥美拉唑肠溶片,且安全性更高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with superficial gastritis,and to compare with omeprazole.Methods A total of 30 elderly patients with superficial gastritis were selected from the Yingkou Retired Cadre Convalescent Home of the Liaoning Provincial Military District from January 2022 to January 2025.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 15 cases in each.All patients received Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium tablets.The observation group additionally took Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Tablets,while the control group took Omeprazole Enteric-Coated Tablets.The study compared the differences in inflammatory factors(TNF-α,hs-CRP,IL-6),gastrointestinal hormones(GAS,SS,EGF),gastric mucosa recovery,total effective rate,and adverse reaction incidence between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP,IL-6,GAS,SS,as well as the scores of active and chronic inflammation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the level of EGF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the proportion of patients with moderate to severe gastric mucosal damage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group also had a higher total effective rate and a lower incidence of adverse reactions compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets can significantly improve the inflammatory response and gastrointestinal function in elderly patients with superficial gastritis.The curative effect is better than that of omeprazole,and the safety is higher.
