摘要
目的以人工耳蜗植入治疗患者为研究对象,分析优质护理对并发症的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2023年12月在徐州医科大学盐城临床学院(盐城市第一人民医院)接受人工耳蜗植入治疗的患者80例,根据不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例患者。其中,对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展优质护理。比较不同护理干预模式下患者的生活质量、并发症、满意度。结果生活质量评估结果,相较于对照组,观察组干预后指标值更高(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率5.00%(2/40)显著低于对照组的25.00%(10/40),观察组护理满意度92.50%(37/40)显著高于对照组的75.00%(30/40),差异均为显著(P<0.05)。结论人工耳蜗植入治疗中实施优质护理效果显著。
Objective To analyze the impact of high-quality nursing on complications in patients undergoing cochlear implantation treatment.Methods This study included 80 patients who received cochlear implantation treatment at the Yancheng Clinical College of Xuzhou Medical University(Yancheng First People's Hospital)during a specific period of time(2021.1-2023.12).The selected cases were grouped according to different nursing methods to compare their quality of life,complications,and satisfaction under different nursing intervention modes.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher values of quality of life evaluation indicators after intervention(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%(2/40)lower than that in the control group 25.00%(10/40),and the satisfaction rate was 92.50%(37/40)significantly higher than that in the control group 75.00%(30/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing in cochlear implantation treatment has a significant effect.
