摘要
目的探讨全面护理在老年糖尿病酮症酸中毒的效果。方法将2021年1月—2023年12月医院收治的80例老年糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者分成对照组和研究组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施全面护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果研究组血糖、血钠、血钾等改善效果较好,各项体征达标所需时间较短,生活质量和心理状态均较好(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者通过全面护理可以快速稳定病情,控制各项指标体征。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with diabetes ketoacidosis.Methods 80 elderly patients with diabetes ketoacidosis from January 2021 to December 2023 were divided into a control group and a study group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group received comprehensive nursing care.The results were compared.Results Data comparison showed that the study group had a higher improvement effect on blood glucose,blood sodium,blood potassium,and other indicators.The time required for various physical signs to reach the standard was shorter,and the quality of life and psychological state were both higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly patients with diabetes ketoacidosis can quickly stabilize their condition and control various indicators and signs through comprehensive nursing.
