摘要
目的观察基层卫生院糖尿病患者采用营养护理模式对控糖效果的影响,并评估其对护理满意度和生活质量的改善作用。方法本研究选取了2023年1月—2024年12月在某基层医疗机构接受治疗的80例糖尿病患者作为样本。依据随机数字表法,这些患者被均等地分配至两个组别:对照组与实验组,每组40例患者。对照组采用标准护理措施;而实验组则在基础护理方案之上额外引入了营养干预策略。随后,对两组人员进行了血糖控制成效的对比评估。结果干预后,实验组FPG、2hPG和HbA1c水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论营养护理模式能显著改善糖尿病患者的控糖效果,提高护理满意度,并有效提升患者的生活质量,值得在基层卫生院推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of nutrition nursing model on sugar control in diabetic patients in primary hospitals,and to evaluate its effect on nursing satisfaction and quality of life.Methods In this study,80 patients with diabetes who received treatment in a primary health care institution from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as samples.According to the random-number table method,the patients were equally assigned to two groups:the control group and the experimental group,each containing 40 patients.The control group received standard nursing measures;In the experimental group,nutritional intervention strategies were introduced in addition to the basic care program.Subsequently,the effectiveness of blood glucose control was compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of FPG,2hPG and HbA1c in the experimental group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional nursing model can significantly improve the glycemic control effect of diabetic patients,improve nursing satisfaction,and effectively enhance the quality of life of patients,and it is worthy of promotion and application in primary health centers.
