摘要
随着社会的发展,人们对于护理服务的要求越来越高,新需求不断促进护理教育改革。传统的护理教学模式侧重于知识的传授,以教师讲授为主导,学生往往处于被动接受的状态,在一定程度上限制了学生综合能力的发展,难以满足现代临床护理工作对高素质人才的需求。基于此,本文通过引入基于问题驱动的护理实践教学情境教学模式,创新教学模式,完善护理教育教学理论体系,为护理教育研究提供新的视角和方法。
With the development of society,people's requirements for nursing services are becoming increasingly high in clinical practice,and new demands are constantly promoting nursing education reform.The traditional nursing teaching model focuses on imparting knowledge,with teacher led instruction and students often in a passive state of acceptance.To some extent,it limits the development of students'comprehensive abilities and makes it difficult to meet the demand for high-quality talents in modern clinical nursing work.Based on this,this article introduces a problembased nursing practice teaching scenario teaching model,innovates the teaching model,improves the theoretical system of nursing education teaching,and provides new perspectives and methods for nursing education research.
