摘要
目的应用文献计量学方法总结近20年来混合痔术后疼痛国内研究,分析其研究脉络、研究热点,并探索其研究趋势。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)关于混合痔术后疼痛相关研究文献,生成内容包括关键词共现图、关键词聚类图、研究机构共现图、文献作者共现图等知识图谱。结果共纳入文献594篇,作者476位,发文量前三的作者分别是杨伟、张磊昌、何剑平,发文量皆为4篇;发文量前三的机构为上海中医药大学(18篇)、辽宁中医药大学(16篇)、北京中医药大学(14篇)和中国中医科学院(14篇)并列第三;排名前十的关键词分别为混合痔、术后疼痛、疼痛、中药熏洗、水肿、护理、术后、耳穴贴压、穴位埋线、创面愈合;对关键词进行聚类分析,得出10个聚类,分别为:#0术后疼痛、#1肛门疼痛、#2疼痛、#3术后、#4手术后、#5中药熏洗、#6焦虑、#7穴、#8镇痛、#9术后镇痛、#10睡眠质量。结论中药熏洗、耳穴贴压、穴位埋线、术后护理是混合痔术后疼痛治疗的研究热点。近年来,腕踝针、穴位贴敷、创面愈合、肛门功能是混合痔术后疼痛关注的热点和研究趋势。混合痔术后疼痛的研究目前尚未形成大范围研究合作网络。
Objective To summarize domestic research on postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids over the past two decades using bibliometric methods,analyze its research context,hotspots,and trends.Methods Literature related to postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database.Citespace software was employed to generate knowledge maps,including keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering,research institution co-occurrence,and author collaboration networks.Results A total of 594 articles and 476 authors were included.The top three authors by publication volume were Yang Wei,Zhang Leichang,and He Jianping,each with 4 articles.The leading institutions were Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(18 articles),Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(16 articles),and Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(14 articles)and China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences(14 articles)tied for third.The top 10 keywords were mixed hemorrhoids,postoperative pain,pain,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,edema,nursing,postoperative,auricular acupoint pressing,acupoint catgut embedding,and wound healing.Keyword clustering analysis identified 11 clusters,including#0 postoperative pain,#1 anal pain,#2 pain,#3 postoperative,#4 after surgery,#5 traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,#6 anxiety,#7 acupoints,#8 analgesia,#9 postoperative analgesia,and#10 sleep quality.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,auricular acupoint pressing,acupoint catgut embedding,and postoperative nursing are current research hotspots.Emerging trends include wrist-ankle acupuncture,acupoint application,wound healing,and anal function.However,large-scale collaborative research networks remain underdeveloped in this field.
