摘要
目的分析神经内科预防不良事件发生期间采用安全预警护理的效果。方法选取2023年1月至2024年1月厦门大学附属中山医院治疗的80例神经内科患者,按随机数字表法分组,对照组患者采用常规护理管理,观察组患者在护理期间引入安全预警护理。比较两组神经内科患者不良事件、满意度和生活质量及焦虑抑郁心理改善情况。结果观察组神经内科患者不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组神经内科患者满意率及生活质量评分高于对照组,焦虑抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安全预警护理对预防神经内科不良事件发生具有良好的效果,并有利于改善患者焦虑抑郁心理,提高患者满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of safety early warning nursing during the prevention of adverse events in the neurology department.Methods Eighty patients in the neurology department treated at Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly grouped according to the digital table method.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing management,while patients in the observation group were introduced with safety early warning nursing during the nursing period.The adverse events,satisfaction,quality of life and improvement of anxiety and depression psychology of the two groups of neurology patients were compared.Results The incidence of adverse events in the neurology department of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate and quality of life score of the neurology department of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the anxiety and depression score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Safety early warning nursing has a good effect on preventing adverse events in neurology,and is conducive to improving patients’anxiety and depression psychology and enhancing patient satisfaction.
