摘要
目的探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)应用摩罗丹联合瑞巴派特和伊托必利治疗的效果。方法于核工业四一七医院(2022年8月至2024年10月)纳入82例CAG患者,采用随机数字法分组:对照组(n=41)予瑞巴派特+伊托必利双联治疗;观察组(n=41)在对照组基础上联合摩罗丹干预。比较两组疗效、胃黏膜病理积分、不良反应、中医证候积分。结果治疗前,两组胃黏膜病理积分及中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组与对照组相比,活动度、慢性炎症、肠化生、萎缩和胃脘隐痛、喜温喜按、食后胀满中医证候积分下降幅度更大(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组头痛、呕吐、皮疹的总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CAG应用摩罗丹联合瑞巴派特和伊托必利治疗,可以缓解患者的胃黏膜损伤,抑制氧化应激,改善症状,疗效好,安全性高。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)treated with Moluodan in combination with rebabapide and itopride.Methods Eighty-two patients with CAG were enrolled in the No.417 Hospital of Nuclear Industry(from August 2022 to October 2024),and were grouped by randomized numerical method:the control group(n=41)was given the dual treatment of rebabapide+itopride;and the observation group(n=41)was intervened with combined Moluodan on the basis of the control group.Gastric mucosa pathological score,TCM syndrome score,curative effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There were no differences in gastric mucosal pathology scores,and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of activity,chronic inflammation,intestinal metaplasia,atrophy and epigastric dull pain,warm and press liking,and fullness after eating in observation group decreased more than those in control group(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of headache,vomiting and rash between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with Moluodan combined with rebabapide and itopride can alleviate gastric mucosal injury,inhibit oxidative stress and improve symptoms,with good efficacy and high safety,and is worthy of application.
