摘要
目的分析脑电图联合经颅多普勒超声评估原发性头痛发作期脑血流与皮质电活动的相关性。方法选取2022年2月至2024年12月晋江市医院晋南分院收治的发作期原发性头痛患者180例设为研究组;另外选取同期来院接受体检的180名健康人群设为对照组;均接受脑电图、经颅多普勒超声检查;对两组检查异常率情况进行分析,并对研究组的脑血流速度异常、脑电活动异常特征进行观察分析。结果研究组的脑电图和脑电活动异常率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者中有118例患者前脑区θ活动异常增加,111例存在脑血流速度异常(以前循环为主),主要表现为流速增快,其次为减慢、不稳定及双侧不对称。结论通过联合应用脑电图与经颅多普勒超声检查,能准确评估原发性头痛患者发作期脑血流动力学与皮质电活动。
Objective To analyze the correlation between cerebral blood flow and cortical electrical activity in patients with primary headache in combination with transcranial Doppler ultrasound.Methods A total of 180 patients with paroxysmal primary headache admitted to Jinjiang City Hospital Jinnan Branch Hospital from February 2022 to December 2024 were selected as the study group.In addition,180 healthy people who came to the hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.All of them underwent EEG and transcranial Doppler ultrasonography.The abnormal rates of the two groups were analyzed,and the abnormal characteristics of cerebral blood flow velocity and electrical activity in the study group were observed and analyzed.Results The abnormal rate of EEG and EEG activity in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,118 patients had abnormal increase of θ activity in the forebrain area,and 111 patients had abnormal cerebral blood flow velocity(formerly circulatory),which was mainly manifested as increased flow velocity,followed by slow,unstable,and bilateral asymmetry.Conclusions The combination of EEG and transcranial Doppler ultrasonography can accurately evaluate cerebral hemodynamics and cortical electrical activity in patients with primary headache during the attack.
