摘要
目的因单一用药效果有限,在症状缓解、安全性方面存在不足。故分析儿脾醒颗粒联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌散的治疗效果,以实现提高治疗有效性、明确安全性的目的。方法选取2024年1月至2024年12月本院诊治的83例小儿功能性消化不良患儿,用单双数分组,参照组42例给予酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗,研究组41例给予儿脾醒颗粒+酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗,比较两组治疗症状缓解时间、粪便性状评分、粪常规异常率和粪便隐血阳性率及不良反应发生率。结果研究组症状缓解时间、粪常规异常率和粪便隐血阳性率低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组粪便性状评分高于参照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论儿脾醒颗粒联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗可有效促进患儿症状的缓解,改善消化不良,提高疗效,且安全性高。
Objective Due to the limited effect of single drug,there are shortcomings in symptom relief and safety.Therefore,the therapeutic effect of Erpixing Granule combined with Clostridium butyricum live powder was analyzed to achieve the purpose of improving the therapeutic effectiveness and clarifying the safety.Methods A total of 83 children with functional dyspepsia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and grouped by odd-even numbers.42 cases in the reference group were treated with Clostridium butyric acid combined Live Bacteria Powder,and 41 cases in the study group were treated with Erpi Xing Granules+Clostridium butyric Acid Combined Live Bacteria Powder.The symptom relief time,fecal character score,abnormal rate of fecal routine test,positive rate of fecal occult blood and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom relief time,abnormal rate of fecal routine test and positive rate of fecal occult blood in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the fecal trait score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of Erpi Xing Granules and Clostridium butyric acid Double Live Bacteria Powder can effectively promote the relief of symptoms in children,improve dyspepsia,enhance therapeutic efficacy,and has high safety.
