摘要
党建工作在重点工程项目管理中发挥着政治引领和组织保障的关键作用。通过分析党建工作在重点工程项目中的作用机制,探索党建助力项目进度控制和效益提升的实现路径。研究表明,党建工作通过组织体系建设与先锋作用发挥及统筹协调以及激励约束等核心机制,有效提升了重点工程项目的执行效率和综合效益。党建推动效益提升主要体现在成本质量控制,安全环保管理与品牌形象塑造及创新驱动发展四个维度。党建与项目管理的深度融合为国有建筑施工企业高质量发展提供了重要支撑。
Party building work plays a crucial role in political guidance and organizational guarantee in the management of key engineering projects.By analyzing the mechanism of the role of Party building work in key engineering projects,this paper explores the realization path for Party building to assist in project progress control and efficiency improvement.Research shows that the Party building work has effectively enhanced the execution efficiency and comprehensive benefits of key engineering projects through core mechanisms such as organizational system construction,the exertion of vanguard roles,overall coordination,and incentives and constraints.The improvement of benefits promoted by Party building is mainly reflected in four dimensions:cost and quality control,safety and environmental protection management,brand image building,and innovation-driven development.The deep integration of Party building and project management provides important support for the high-quality development of state-owned construction enterprises.
