摘要
半导体产业在我国产业结构中处于重要地位,其安全性及未来发展趋势很大程度上会影响到我国经济的持续、健康、稳定发展。文章基于产业安全的涵义和影响因素,梳理了我国半导体产业的安全现状及发展趋势,并构建指标体系量化了我国半导体产业的安全度,据此分析我国半导体产业链发展过程中的短板,提出促进中国半导体产业发展的建议,对中国半导体产业链安全性提升有一定启示。
The semiconductor industry occupies a pivotal position in China’s industrial structure,with its security and future development trends exerting a profound impact on the sustained,healthy,and stable growth of the national economy.Grounded in the conceptual framework of industrial security—including its definition and key determinants—this study systematically examines the current security status and evolving trends of China’s semiconductor industry.By constructing a multi-dimensional indicator system,it quantifies the industry’s security performance and identifies critical vulnerabilities in the development trajectory of its industrial chain.Based on these analyses,actionable recommendations are proposed to foster high-quality development of China’s semiconductor sector.The findings offer valuable theoretical and practical implications for enhancing the resilience and security of China’s semiconductor industry chain.
