非晶合金中纳米尺度黏弹性不均匀结构与力学行为的关联性

Correlation between nanoscale viscoelastic heterogeneous structure and mechanical behaviors in amorphous alloy

摘要 建立微观结构与宏观物理性能之间的本构关系,是非晶合金领域备受关注的研究热点和难点之一.由于原子排列呈短程有序、长程无序的特点,且实验上缺乏观测其原子排列的有效手段,目前关于非晶合金的原子结构仍存在较大争议.这一现状导致构建统一且完善的非晶结构模型、确定结构与性能之间的本构关系变得尤为困难.最近很多研究表明,尽管原子结构未知,非晶合金在纳米尺度存在明显的结构不均匀性,而这种结构不均匀性与宏观物理性能存在着紧密联系.但是,目前对于结构不均匀性的定量表征依然存在很多困难.本文从纳米尺度不均匀结构的黏弹性能出发,回顾了近年来在非晶合金纳米尺度黏弹性能的定量表征方法及纳米尺度黏弹性不均匀结构与各种力学行为关联性方面的研究进展,期望对非晶合金本征的不均匀结构理解、宏观力学性能的定量调控提供有益的启示. Building the intrinsic relationship between microscopic structure and macroscopic physical properties is one of the hotand difficult research topics in the field of amorphous alloys.Due to the characteristics of short-range order and longrangedisorder in atomic arrangement and the lack of effective experimental means to observe the atomic arrangement,there is still great controversy about the atomic structure of amorphous alloys.This situation makes it particularlydifficult to construct a unified and complete amorphous structure model and determine the constitutive relationshipbetween structure and properties.Recently,many studies have shown that although the atomic structure is unknown,amorphous alloys exhibit significant structural heterogeneity at the nanoscale,which is closely related to macroscopicphysical properties.However,there are still many difficulties in quantitatively characterizing structural heterogeneity.Focusing on the nanoscale viscoelastic heterogeneity,this article reviews a series of research progress on the quantitativecharacterization of nanoscale viscoelastic heterogeneity,as well as on the correlation between nanoscale viscoelasticheterogeneity and various mechanical behaviors in the amorphous alloy.This review will provide useful enlightenmentfor understanding the intrinsic structural heterogeneity of amorphous alloys and quantitatively regulating theirmacroscopic mechanical properties.
