摘要
铁基非晶合金涂层因其卓越的性能,如高强度、高硬度、良好的耐腐蚀性等,已成为提升构件及工业设备表面性能的理想选择.本文回顾了铁基非晶合金涂层的制备技术(热喷涂、激光熔覆和磁控溅射)及耐蚀性能的研究进展,总结近年来在涂层制备技术方面的创新突破,深入剖析涂层耐腐蚀机理,并详细探讨三种提升涂层性能的策略:成分设计、工艺优化以及后处理.此外,本文对铁基非晶合金涂层在极端环境(高温高压、辐照等)下的应用进行阐述.最后,对铁基非晶合金涂层未来发展趋势和研究方向进行展望.
Fe-based amorphous alloy coatings,known for their exceptional properties such as high strength,high hardness,and excellent corrosion resistance,have emerged as a superior choice for improving the surface performance of components and industrial equipment.This article reviews the innovative breakthroughs in Fe-based amorphous alloy coatings preparation technology(thermal spraying,laser cladding,and magnetron sputtering)in recent years and explores the intrinsic mechanism of their excellent corrosion resistance.Three strategies are presented to enhance the corrosion resistance of Fe-based amorphous alloy coatings:(1)By fine composition designing,the glass-forming ability and corrosion resistance of coating are substantially improved;(2)by process optimization,the amorphous content and adhesion strength are susceptible to be enhanced;(3)by post-treatment,such as annealing and deep cryogenic treatment,the structure and comprehensive performance of coatings can be further optimized.Additionally,the applications under extreme environmental conditions(high temperature and pressure,irradiation,etc.)and the future research directions of Fe-based amorphous alloy coatings are also discussed.
