摘要
本文介绍了氯苯(一氯化苯)在染料中的应用,提供了氯苯生产中产生的废液及废渣的综合处理及回用方法。该方法采用氯苯生产中收集的不同pH值的废水处理含三氯化铁的氯苯废渣,“以废治废”,既回收了产品和铁离子,又实现了废水循环再利用,在降低处理成本的同时也降低了废水处理难度,符合清洁化生产要求。
The application of chlorobenzene(benzene monochloride)in dyes was introduced,and a comprehensive treatment and re-use method for waste liquid and waste residue generated in chlorobenzene production was given.Wastewater of different pH values col-lected in chlorobenzene production was employed to treat chlorobenzene waste residues containing ferric chloride,that is to say“treating waste with waste”.The method not only recycled products and iron ions,but also realized wastewater recycling.It reduced the diffi-culty of wastewater treatment while lowering the treatment cost,and met the requirements of clean production.
