混合偶合对C.I.颜料黄150性能的影响

摘要 在合成偶氮巴比妥酸钠盐的过程中添加第二偶合组分硫代巴比妥酸,采用混合偶合工艺对C.I.颜料黄150实施表面改性处理。考察了硫代巴比妥酸添加量对C.I.颜料黄150色光、着色强度及热稳定性的影响。结果表明:改性后的C.I.颜料黄150具有更高的饱和度和着色力,色泽更加鲜艳,同时展现出更好的热稳定性。 A mixed coupling strategy was employed to modify the surface of C.I.Pigment Yellow 150 by introducing thiobarbituric acid as a secondary coupling component,during the synthesis of azo barbituric acid sodium salt.The effect of thiobarbituric acid dosage on the color shade,tinting strength,and thermal stability of the Pigment Yellow 150 was investigated.The results demonstrated that the modified C.I.Pigment Yellow 150 exhibited enhanced chroma and tinting strength,with more vivid coloration and improved thermal stability.
