摘要
本文旨在通过深入考察苏州工业园区生物医药领域CXO行业的实际情况,为园区内CXO行业制度创新与发展战略提供建议。目前,园区内利好政策出台、产业要素集聚,生物医药成果显著。但也存在产业供求不平衡、人才梯度建设不足、产学研合作机制不健全、基础设施规划不统一等问题。本文认为,重视人才培养、完善产学研合作机制;平衡行业布局,完善基础设施;打造特色化服务,提高企业核心竞争力等方法有利于促进行业持续健康发展。
This article aims to provide suggestions for institutional innovation and development strategies of the CXO industry in Suzhou Industrial Park by conducting in-depth investigations into the actual situation of the biopharmaceutical industry in the park.At present,good policies have been introduced in the park,industrial factors have gathered,and significant achievements have been made in the field of biomedicine.However,there are also problems such as imbalanced supply and demand in industries,insufficient talent gradient construction,incomplete mechanisms for industry university research cooperation,and inconsistent infrastructure planning.This article believes in emphasizing talent cultivation and improving the mechanism of industry university research cooperation;Balancing industry layout and improve infrastructure;Creating distinctive services and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises are beneficial for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
