摘要
基于数字可供性理论,以“能力-行为-绩效”为主线构建理论框架,收集407家中小制造企业数据,运用层级回归法验证数字平台能力对数字化转型绩效的影响机理。研究发现:数字平台能力对数字化转型绩效具有显著正向影响;效率型商业模式创新和新颖型商业模式创新均在数字平台能力与数字化转型绩效之间具有部分中介作用;竞争强度正向调节数字平台能力与效率型/新颖型商业模式创新的关系;竞争强度正向调节数字平台能力通过效率型/新颖型商业模式创新影响数字化转型绩效的间接关系。
Based on the digital affordance theory,this study constructs a theoretical framework with“capability-behavior-performance”as the main line,collects 407 data of manufacturing SMEs,and uses hierarchical regression method to verify the influence mechanism of digital platform capability on digital transformation performance.This study finds that:digital platform capability has a significantly positive impact on digital transformation performance.Both efficiency-centered business model innovation and novelty-centered business model innovation play a partial mediating role between digital platform capability and digital transformation performance.The competition intensity positively moderates the relationship between digital platform capability and efficiency-centered/novelty-centered business model innovation.The competition intensity positively moderates the indirect relationships that digital platform capability impacts digital transformation performance through efficiency-centered/novelty-centered business model innovation.
