摘要
科技的发展推动着社会的进步,社会的进步改变了大众的需求。在互联网经济时代下,零售业态瞬息万变。本文结合国内外学者对全渠道演变融合的动因及发展分析,认为全渠道是从单渠道到多渠道到跨渠道到整合跨渠道再到全渠道的演变发展过程,这一过程的演变受到科技进步和消费升级的影响和驱动。最后基于上述分析提出全渠道视角下零售企业的发展建议,认为企业应重视技术的应用,实现产业转型升级;应了解消费者需求,创新零售运行模式;应整合供应链流程,完善仓储物流体系;应创新新场景设置,实现全链条管理融合。
The development of technology is driving social progress,and social progress has changed the needs of the masses.In the era of Internet economy,retail formats are changing rapidly.This paper combines the analysis of the driving forces and development of the evolution and integration of omnichannel by domestic and foreign scholars,and believes that omnichannel is the process of evolution and development from single channel to multi-channel,cross channel to integrated cross channel,and then to omnichannel.The evolution of this process is influenced and driven by technological progress and consumer upgrading.Finally,based on the above analysis,suggestions for the development of retail enterprises from an omnichannel perspective are proposed.It is believed that enterprises should attach importance to the application of technology and achieve industrial transformation and upgrading;understand consumer needs and innovate retail operation models;integrate the supply chain process and improve the warehousing and logistics system;innovate new scene settings and achieve full chain management integration.
