摘要
职业教育区别于普通教育的关键点在于实践性和应用性,而应用英语作为“行业专业知识+语言交际能力”两大要素组合的跨学科专业,其本质是将英语运用到具体行业中,强调英语主要作为交流工具,具有很强的实践性和应用性,因此该专业教师的实践教学能力尤为重要。本文是在“双师型”教师队伍建设研究的基础上,探索如何提升应用英语教师队伍的实践教学能力以满足培养应用型英语专业人才的要求,以实现学生在校所“学”有效对接职业岗位实际所“需”。
The key to distinguishing vocational education from general education lies in its practicality and applicability.As an interdisciplinary major that combines“industry expertise”with“communicative language ability”,the essence of applied English is to apply English skills to specific industries,emphasizing that English is mainly used as a communication tool with strong practicality and applicability.Therefore,practical teaching ability is particularly important to the teachers in this major.Based on research into the construction of“double-qualified”teachers,this study aims to enhance the practical teaching ability of applied English teachers to meet the needs of applied English majors and effectively bridge the gap between students’learning in school and the actual job requirements.
