摘要
纺织服装产业作为传统产业的重要组成部分,面临着数字化、智能化、绿色化等转型挑战,对高素质技能型人才的需求日益迫切。高职院校纺织服装类专业作为传统优势专业,其创新创业教育与专业教育的深度融合,对于提升学生就业竞争力、促进产业升级具有重要意义。本文阐述了高职院校创新创业教育与纺织服装类专业融合发展的必要性,分析了当前的现状与挑战,提出了课程融合模式、实践融合模式、师资融合模式,以提升学生创新创业能力,推动纺织服装产业转型升级。
The textile and apparel industry,as an important part of traditional industries,faces transformation challenges such as digitization,intelligentization,and reunification,and there is an increasingly urgent need for high-quality skilled talents.As traditionally advantageous majors in higher vocational colleges,the deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with textile and apparel majors is of great significance for enhancing students’employment competitiveness and promoting industrial upgrading.This paper elaborates on the necessity of the integrated development of innovation and entrepreneurship education with textile and apparel majors in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the current situation and challenges,and proposes models of curriculum integration,practical integration,and faculty integration,aiming to enhance students’innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities and promote the transformation and upgrading of the textile and apparel industry.
