摘要
为探究农业装备职业教育现状及发展路径,通过对现代农业装备应用技术专业高职教师、毕业生、在校大二学生以及企业负责人的访谈收集数据,运用Nvivo12软件和三级编码法进行数据分析。研究发现农业装备领域在供给与需求方面呈现出复杂现状,存在产业需求与教育内容脱节问题。结果表明,构建职业教育与农业装备行业共同发展桥梁的重要性,需多方协同实现产教融合,促进农业现代化建设。
In order to explore the current situation and development path of agricultural machinery vocational education,this paper collected data from interviews with teacher,graduate,sophomores of agricultural machinery major and business leader,used Nvivo12 software and three-level coding method for data analysis,and fund that the supply and demand of agricultural machinery field present a complex situation.There is a disconnect between industrial demand and educational content.The results show that it is important to build a bridge between vocational education and the common development of agricultural machinery industry,and it is necessary to realize the integration of production and education through multi-party cooperation to promote agricultural modernization.
